Job summary

CCR is seeking an Industrial Segment Salesman to drive growth in Poland by identifying new business, delivering tailored refrigeration solutions, and building long-term client partnerships. You will travel across Poland, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the Solutions Department to implement sales strategies.

The role requires a background in refrigeration or HVAC, proven B2B sales experience in industrial refrigeration, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical B2B sales in the industrial refrigeration industry.
• Proven sales achievements.
• Very good knowledge of the Polish industrial refrigeration market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing sales of refrigeration equipment for the industrial segment across Poland.
• Analyzing customer needs and offering tailored refrigeration solutions.
• Regular customer visits across Poland.
• Conducting commercial negotiations and preparing offers, contracts, and analyses.
• Cooperating with the Solutions Department to develop and execute the sales strategy.
• Monitoring the market and providing analyses to support growth.
• Maintaining sales documentation and reporting results.
