Job summary

CCR is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative – Refrigeration Equipment to drive growth across Poland. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and deliver tailored refrigeration solutions to customers in multiple sectors.

The role requires a strong track record in B2B technical sales, solid knowledge of refrigeration technologies, and the ability to communicate value to clients. Travel across Poland is expected, and fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

Higher education in refrigeration, mechanical engineering, HVAC, or related field.
Experience in B2B technical sales within refrigeration industry.
Strong track record of achieving sales results.
Very good knowledge of the Polish refrigeration market.
Fluent English.
Category B driving licence.
Willingness to travel frequently within Poland.

Responsibilities

Develop sales of refrigeration equipment across retail chains, HoReCa, production, warehousing, installers, and dealers.
Identify customer needs and tailor technical solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across Poland.
Conduct customer meetings, trade negotiations, and presentations.
Prepare offers, contracts, sales analyses, and proposals.
Work closely with the Solutions Department to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support business growth.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and regular reporting in line with company procedures.
Manage opportunities and customer data in Salesforce CRM.
Deliver sales and margin targets in line with business objectives.
