Job summary

Güntner in Poland (Gdynia) looks for a driven sales professional to expand and consolidate a regional customer network. You will work with BDMs and product management to address customer needs and follow market trends.

Responsibilities include coordinating major customers, prioritizing projects, negotiating orders, and communicating KPIs to leadership. Regular travel to headquarters may be required; a technical background supports refrigeration and HVAC expertise.

Qualifications

Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration / Energy / Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineering.
Fluent in Polish is mandatory and good English is desirable.
Experience in Sales is preferred.
Min. 3 years experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, visit, support and train major customers.
Prioritise projects and activities.
Negotiate projects and orders.
Define budget with Country Manager and communicate results (KPIs) on a regular basis.
Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities.
Identify weaknesses and threats in processes and define action plans.
Coordinate customer needs with Business Development Managers, R&D and Product Management.
Visits to headquarters as required for specific activities.
