Job summary

CloudFerro is expanding its HR team in Warsaw and seeks a Payroll Expert to own internal payroll operations. You will drive transition from external providers, manage payroll in ERP Optima, and collaborate with Accounting on B2B contractor settlements, taxes and social security matters.

The role requires process automation mindset, fluent English, and a university degree. You will work in a hybrid setup with modern HR tech and a strong focus on data integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience independently managing payroll.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll regulations, social security, personal income tax and the settlement of employment and civil-law contracts.
• Experience with ERP Optima. Experience in automating administrative, payroll or HR processes.
• Experience working with ZUS and tax authorities.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence using HR and payroll systems.
• A proactive approach to process improvement and technology.

Responsibilities

• Bringing payroll processing in-house and managing the transition from an external payroll provider.
• Independently preparing accurate and timely payroll in ERP Optima for employees, individuals under civil-law contracts and other engagements.
• Coordinating and ensuring accurate settlement of B2B contractors with Accounting.
• Verifying payroll input data and ensuring accuracy of calculations and settlements.
• Preparing HR documentation, agreements with B2B contractors and other contracts.
• Recording and settling working time and administering leave management.
