Job summary

Universal Investment in Kraków is seeking an ICT Risk and Outsourcing Oversight professional to join our cross-functional IT and risk teams. You will perform due diligence, reviews and maintain registers to ensure transparency, resilience, and control of outsourced services.

You will coordinate with IT coordinators and stakeholders, monitor risks, support regulatory reporting and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable processes.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in finance or economics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in ICT risk, outsourcing management and regulatory requirements.
• Strong affinity for technology, processes and controls.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial due diligence and ongoing oversight of internal and external ICT and corporate outsourcing partners.
• Review outsourcing risk assessments and ICT Risk & Control Assessments, ensuring key risks and controls are identified.
• Maintain ICT and outsourcing registers in CloudGate.
• Ensure contractual documentation reflects the scope and responsibilities of outsourced services.
• Monitor outsourcing arrangements, identified risks, control gaps and remediation actions.
• Coordinate activities with IT Coordinator, outsourcing responsible persons and other stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting and regulatory activities related to ICT risk and outsourcing management.
• Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to process improvements.

In this position, you will work across IT, Risk and business functions, combining analytical thinking with hands‑on coordination. You will gain broad exposure to the fund industry while helping ensure that our critical outsourcing arrangements remain transparent, resilient and well controlled.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform initial due diligence and ongoing oversight of internal and external ICT and corporate outsourcing partners.

• Maintain complete and accurate ICT and outsourcing registers in CloudGate.

• Monitor outsourcing arrangements, identified risks, control gaps and related remediation actions.
• Coordinate activities with the IT Coordinator, outsourcing responsible persons and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting and regulatory activities related to ICT risk and outsourcing management.
• Monitor relevant regulatory developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and controls.
• Support the local ICT Risk Management and Subsidiary Outsourcing Management Functions.

Your skills and experience:

• University degree (preferably in finance or economics or equivalent)
• Good understanding of the fund industry and its key processes.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in ICT risk, outsourcing management and regulatory requirements.
• Strong affinity for technology, processes and controls.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical actions.
• Fluent English; German language would be an advantage.
