Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG invites applications for an Identity Governance and Administration Intern (All Genders) in Wroclaw.

This role offers hands-on IAM exposure, collaborative teamwork, and the chance to contribute to security operations while supporting daily incident handling and system maintenance. The internship seeks a student with IT/CS background, strong English skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fields.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to effectively address challenges.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with resolving IAM-related issues and incident tickets to gain hands-on experience in the field.
• Supporting the maintenance of our IAM system while working collaboratively with team members.
• Participating in solution development and process improvement to enhance identity and access management practices.
• Performing monitoring and reporting tasks to ensure system reliability and security.
• Documenting procedures and solutions to contribute to the team's knowledge base and user guides.
• Participating in team meetings to share insights and ideas for enhancing operations.
• Engaging in various IAM tasks that support business activities to provide a well-rounded experience.
