Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree.
• Very good command of English (min. B2).
• Fluent Polish (min. C1).
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Fluency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and international environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset and very good organizational skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Able to work 30 hours per week (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Providing service and support of daily tasks to ServiceNow Team.
• Being the first point of contact for requestors and directing urgent requests as needed.
• Collecting feedback from requestors and presenting results to management.
• Managing the order confirmation process, including automation.
• Cooperating with Purchasing Specialists.
• Providing helpdesk service for internal customers.
