Job summary

Schaeffler Global Services Europe sp. z o.o. is offering an internship in the IAM space in Wroclaw.

You will assist with resolving IAM-related issues, support the maintenance of IAM systems, and participate in solution development to enhance identity and access management practices. We value hands-on learners who can monitor and report on system reliability, document procedures for the knowledge base, and contribute in team discussions.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related fields.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication (min B2).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resolving IAM-related issues and incident tickets.
• Support maintenance of IAM system and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in solution development to enhance IAM practices.
• Perform monitoring and reporting to ensure system reliability and security.
• Document procedures and solutions for the knowledge base.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights.
• Engage in IAM tasks supporting business activities.
