Job summary

Schaeffler Global Services Europe sp. z o.o. is offering an internship in the IAM space in Wroclaw.

You will assist with resolving IAM-related issues, support the maintenance of IAM systems, and participate in solution development to enhance identity and access management practices. We value hands-on learners who can monitor and report on system reliability, document procedures for the knowledge base, and contribute in team discussions.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related fields.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication (min B2).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resolving IAM-related issues and incident tickets.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with resolving IAM-related issues and incident tickets to gain hands‑on experience in the field
• Supporting the maintenance of our IAM system while working collaboratively with team members
• Participating in solution development and process improvement to enhance identity and access management practices
• Performing monitoring and reporting tasks to ensure system reliability and security
• Documenting procedures and solutions to contribute to the team's knowledge base and user guides
• Participating in team meetings to share insights and ideas for enhancing operations
• Engaging in various IAM tasks that support business activities to provide a well‑rounded experience

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fields
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to effectively address challenges
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus
