Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Poland & Baltics Sales Consultant to strengthen local sales execution across Poland and the Baltics by improving customer responsiveness, partner engagement, opportunity follow-up, and quotation support. You will work closely with the Poland BDM and the broader sales team to drive growth.

The role requires university degree and at least 3 years in inside sales or sales support, with strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, sales support, estimation, or similar commercial role.
• Experience supporting B2B customers, quotations, opportunity follow-up, or sales coordination.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support customer and partner inquiries with timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Prepare, track, and update quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks that support the sales cycle and improve response times.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and act as a regular contact for sales matters.
• Work with the Poland BDM and sales team to identify, prioritize, and progress opportunities.
• Engage with partners to support local market activity and strengthen commercial coverage.
• Provide supervision to inside sales associates, including training and support on complex sales activity.
• Contribute to opportunity conversion by following up consistently and coordinating input.
