Job summary

LGC Standards, part of LGC Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d) for Poland and Eastern Europe. This 12-month fixed-term contract will operate in a hybrid setup from Łomianki, combining science-informed product knowledge with robust commercial skills to grow client relationships.

You will drive growth, nurture opportunities, and collaborate with marketing to raise product awareness, delivering exceptional service and outcomes for scientific customers.

Qualifications

• A degree or educational background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, or related science.
• Native-level Polish and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales, customer-facing commercial roles, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across Poland and Eastern Europe by promoting LGC Standards' portfolio.
• Build strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Follow up on quotations, nurture leads, and support customers throughout their buying journey.
• Partner with Marketing to launch new products and increase market awareness.
• Use digital sales tools and insights to grow your territory and maximize opportunities.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.
