Job summary

NCH Europe, part of the Solenis group, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our busy sales support team on a hybrid basis at our Head Office in Warsaw. This 10-month fixed-term contract supports integration projects as the business moves forward.

You will work closely with the Sales Operations Director and the customer service team, handling order entry, service planning, and call handling from customers and field sales representatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry, service planning, and call handling from customers and sales representatives.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards within the team.
• Process customer orders, service plans and business data accurately and timely.
• Provide data to key stakeholders and collaborate with other functions to build relationships.
• Support the Sales Operations Director and customer service team.
