LGC Standards in Łomianki, Poland seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive growth across Poland and Eastern Europe, combining a passion for science with strong commercial instincts.

We offer a hybrid role under a 12-month fixed-term contract in a commercial team, with opportunities to nurture relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings and to collaborate with marketing on new product launches.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish required, fluent English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience selling scientific, laboratory, analytical, or technical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across Poland and Eastern Europe by promoting the portfolio.
• Build strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Follow up on quotations, nurture leads, and support customers throughout the buying journey.
• Partner with Marketing to launch new products and increase market awareness.
• Use digital sales tools and insights to grow the territory and maximise opportunities.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.
