Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles for US clients, leveraging AI workflows and data-driven decisions. You will partner with heads of HR and hiring managers to streamline processes, challenge requirements, and accelerate decisions while ensuring a fantastic candidate experience.

You’ll manage ATS (Lever), vendor relationships, salary benchmarking, onboarding experiences, and long-term recruitment improvements, all within a hybrid

Qualifications

• Solid experience in end-to-end Tech recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing for Tech roles.
• Knowledge of BE/FE/Full Stack roles and stakeholder needs.
• Ability to juggle multiple processes and adjust priorities.
• Proven experience advising hiring managers and shaping decisions.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS ( Lever ).
• Experience in onboarding new hires.
• Comfortable explaining B2B and Mandate contracts to candidates.
• Experience with vendor management and job boards.
• Knowledge of salary benchmarking in IT market.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment end-to-end for Tech and non-tech roles, from intake to signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers, challenge role requirements and present trade-offs.
• Design, run and improve recruitment processes and flows long-term.
• Maintain ATS data cleanliness and usefulness.
• Enhance candidate experience at every stage.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Support salary decisions with market benchmarking.
• Create onboarding experiences that excite new hires.
• Collaborate with Head of HR on broader people topics.
• Bring AI enthusiasm to automate and improve processes.
