Job summary

MasterBorn, a Poland-based software partner, is seeking a recruitment partner to own end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles for US clients. You will manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, while collaborating with managers and using data-driven insights.

You’ll also improve processes with AI-powered workflows and feedback, partnering with our Head of HR to shape roles, and navigate vendor relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in end-to-end Tech recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing for Tech roles.
• Knowledge of various tech roles and how they relate to stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment end-to-end for Tech and non-tech roles, from intake to signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to challenge requirements and optimize trade-offs.
• Design and improve recruitment processes using data and feedback.
• Manage ATS (Lever) and keep data clean.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience at every stage.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Support salary benchmarking and onboarding design.
