MasterBorn is hiring a full-time Recruitment Partner to own end-to-end tech and non-tech hiring for US clients, blending hands-on sourcing, stakeholder advisory, and data-driven decisions. You’ll partner with the Head of HR, optimize processes, and manage vendors in a hybrid setup with occasional Wroclaw visits.

You will use Lever, AI tools and market data to speed decisions, improve candidate experience, and build a scalable recruitment function across the org.

Competenze

• Solid experience in end-to-end Tech recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing for Tech roles.
• Knowledge of various tech roles and how they relate to stakeholder needs (BE, FE, Full Stack, PO).
• Great at juggling multiple processes and adjusting priorities as project needs change.
• Proven experience advising hiring managers and shaping hiring decisions (e.g. adjusting role profiles, closing candidates faster, aligning expectations with the market).
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Lever).
• Experience in onboarding new hires.
• Comfortable explaining the ins and outs of B2B and Mandate contracts to candidates.
• Experience in vendor management, including recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Knowledge of salary benchmarking in the IT market.
• People data management with Google Workspace.

Mansioni

• Own recruitment end-to-end for Tech and non-tech roles, from intake with hiring managers to signed offer.
• Act as a true partner to hiring managers: challenge role requirements when needed, and help them make faster, better hiring decisions by clearly presenting trade-offs.
• Design, run and improve our recruitment processes and flows by confronting outcomes not only on the day of signing the candidate, but 6-12 months down the line.
• Take care of our ATS (Lever) and keep recruitment data clean and useful.
• Make candidate experience one of our strengths at every step.
• Work with recruitment agencies and other vendors.
• Support salary decisions with market benchmarking.
• Create an onboarding experience that makes new people excited to start and confident from day one.
• Partner with our Head of HR on wider people topics as the role grows.
• Bring AI enthusiasm to the fold! Automate, optimize and improve processes with Claude.
