deepsense.ai in Warsaw is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead technical hiring and ensure a smooth onboarding for new joiners. You will own the full hiring journey—from sourcing to recruitment and onboarding—collaborating with our HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner to shape growth and culture.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on IT/tech recruitment.
• Proven track record hiring Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML/AI Engineers.
• Strong sourcing of passive candidates and market awareness.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and technical stakeholders.
• Proficient with ATS, reporting tools, and Google Workspace.
• Data-driven decision making; comfortable with AI tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple searches.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Run end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across ML Engineers, Data Science, AI Software Engineering.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and technical interviewers to define needs and assessments.
• Source candidates proactively, including passive job seekers.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Manage and optimize ATS (Traffit) and integrate AI/automation.
• Enhance candidate experience and keep the process transparent.
• Support onboarding and help new joiners settle in.
• Support employer branding, Talent Program, and early-career initiatives.
• Assist with perks and team integrations; contribute to People & Culture initiatives.
