NIQ is seeking a Lead TA Partner to shape and deliver our global hiring strategy. This strategic role targets an experienced recruiter (5+ years) who thrives in complex environments, deeply engages with AI and emerging technologies, and is passionate about building high-impact teams.

You will act as a trusted advisor to WEST EU leadership, bringing deep market expertise and a forward-looking perspective on how AI is transforming talent and hiring.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi-market hiring.
• Strong experience hiring for technology, AI, or data-driven roles.
• Proven ability to operate at a strategic level, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in predictive analytics and market dynamics.
• Advanced sourcing capability, including use of AI tools and data insights.
• Strong commercial mindset balancing speed, quality and cost.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and leading through change.
• Ability to work across countries and regions outside Western Europe.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy with full ownership.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to provide guidance and market intelligence.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing using AI-enabled tools.
• Advise on role design, level calibration, and talent strategy.
• Provide regular updates and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive a fast, high-quality hiring process with strong candidate experience.
• Analyze ATS data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build talent pipelines for AI and emerging skills.
• Use data to inform decisions and optimize processes.
• Elevate employer brand through storytelling and executive engagement.
