You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape opportunities, manage tender processes, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to establish and meet deadlines/budgets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal skills to lead meetings/workshops and build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience engaging with supply chain partners and coordinating large teams.
• Previous sales experience and ability to drive win strategies and compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams from qualification through submission.
• Develop winning strategies and compelling proposals addressing client challenges.
• Coordinate bids, plan tender responses, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales Leads to position opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Provide leadership and writing support to ensure clear, persuasive messaging.
