You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape winning strategies, and deliver client-focused solutions that address our clients’ toughest challenges. The role requires proven sales leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with sales, technical and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading teams on large, complex opportunities.
• Ability to shape winning strategies and influence decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pursuits and major bids across infrastructure markets.
• Develop winning strategies and translate them into client-focused solutions.
• Motivate diverse pursuit teams (up to ~40 people) and align them around a vision.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and operations groups to create distinct value propositions.
• Leverage market insights and client challenges to drive innovative approaches.
• Oversee pursuit governance and significant bid budgets to the end-game stage.
• Promote best practices within Relationship Based Sales and adopt new tools to improve outcomes.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve pursuit approaches.
