Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Kraków is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator/Manager to lead and coordinate proposal activities from planning to submission, ensuring client needs are met and proposals are compelling.

You will write, edit, and tailor non-technical content with SMEs, manage meetings, and supervise logistics. The role requires strong English, 4+ years of bid experience, and proficiency in MS Office; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in journalism, English, communications, management or similar.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience developing and coordinating proposals.
• Experience in engineering/architecture/constructions will be an additional advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities from planning to submission, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements.
• Support proposal development by writing, editing, and tailoring non-technical content with SMEs.
• Facilitate communication across internal teams, subcontractors and partners, including scheduling and leading meetings.
• Manage proposal logistics and production, including formatting, cross-checking client websites, graphic integration and submission prep.
• Drive process improvement by identifying issues and ensuring differentiators are reflected in deliverables.
