Job summary

Jacobs in Kraków is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to lead proposal activities from planning to submission, coordinating with Americas and Europe teams and external partners. You’ll write and tailor non-technical content, edit resumes and project descriptions, and ensure compliance with client needs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in journalism, English, communications, management or similar.
• 4+ years of experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales deliverables.
• Proposal experience in engineering/architecture/construction is a plus.
• Strong organizational qualities and attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) a plus.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities from planning to submission.
• Support proposal development by writing, editing, and tailoring non-technical content.
• Coordinate communication across internal teams, subcontractors and partners.
• Manage proposal logistics and production, including formatting and submission prep.
• Identify issues and drive process improvements to strengthen win themes.
