Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Payroll HR Professional to join our EU Payroll Team in Kraków, Poland. You will manage payroll processing for multiple locations and collaborate with our outsourced provider to ensure timely, accurate payments.

The role emphasizes knowledge of Polish payroll, exposure to other European locations, and a strong focus on data confidentiality, compliance, and process improvement within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing for Poland; familiarity with other European locations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certification in HR/payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and verify payroll for Poland and other European locations (Poland, Luxembourg, Ireland, UK, Switzerland).
• Prepare reports for payroll processing and audit paychecks, benefits, bonuses and deductions.
• Collaborate with third-party vendor to ensure accurate payroll for all BBH employees.
• Perform month-end and year-end payroll reconciliation and regulatory reporting tasks.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with payroll laws and internal controls.
