Job summary

Amentum in Krakow is seeking a Payroll Specialist, International to join our global payroll team. You will handle payroll processing for new hires, changes, terminations, and hours, while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

The role includes audits, reporting, customer service, and collaboration with HR, Accounting, Benefits and Tax to ensure accurate, timely payroll for international stakeholders; a hybrid work model is offered.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for new hires, employee changes, terminations, hours and pay
• Audit payroll totals and reconcile with outsourced vendor reports
• Create and modify payroll-related reports for departments and customers
• Provide high level customer service and manage escalated cases within SLA
• Collaborate with HR/Accounting/Benefits & Compensation/Tax to maintain strong business relationships
• Provide quarter/year-end support and review wage & tax adjustments and out of balance reports
• Create/update process documentation and training materials
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and gain efficiency
• Maintain knowledge of end-to-end payroll transactions and solutions to payroll issues
• Mentor and coach team members as needed
