Job summary

PwC Poland is expanding its Human Resources and Payroll Operations team to deliver high-quality payroll services for domestic and international clients. You will help transform operations, apply best practices, and work with cutting-edge technology across diverse sectors in the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Belgian payroll operations.
• Fluent in English (C1) for verbal and written communication.
• Fluency in French or Dutch (B2) for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to understand both detailed and broader process context.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality payroll services in line with procedures and regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing including transaction validation.
• Handle salary payments in banking systems, monitor status and rejections.
• Perform statutory and compliance activities (employee registrations, tax filings) or oversee by third parties.
• Collaborate with senior staff to respond to queries from local authorities.
• Report payroll activities accurately and on time and escalate risks as needed.
• Support year-end processes and country-specific payroll tasks outside regular monthly runs.
• Update procedures when required.
