Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources and Payroll Operations team in Warsaw. You will handle monthly payroll for clients, prepare reports, and manage remuneration settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will work with tax and insurance institutions, prepare ZUS/PIT declarations, and use modern HR software including enova365, leveraging AI-based tools to optimize processes. A hybrid work model and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Law.
• 2+ years of payroll operations experience.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office; payroll software experience.
• Knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive and a good team player.
• Comfort with AI-based tools for automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll processing for clients.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Issue certificates of remuneration.
• Settle civil law contracts.
• Prepare ZUS, PFRON, PIT declarations and GUS reports.
• Collaborate with tax and insurance institutions.
• Calculate sickness benefits, working time and manage absences.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
