Job summary

Newell Brands in Poznań is seeking a Customer Services Representative to handle consumer inquiries across email, chat, phone and social channels, using product knowledge to provide accurate, consumer-centric solutions. You will contribute to maintaining consumer information in case management systems and learn our tools (CRM, SAP, Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr) through onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Good command of MS Word and Outlook.
Outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Empathy and openness for working with consumers.

Responsibilities

Respond to consumer queries through email, chat, phone, social media channels, reviews portal, e-commerce, and other online platforms in a professional, solution-oriented manner to ensure the outcome is consumer centric.
Create and maintain consumer information and case management to relay accurate information back to the business.
Use knowledge of products to ensure accurate information is communicated to consumers.
Seeking solutions in case of unusual queries or requests
Document in designated systems (e.g., CRM /Consumer Relationship Management/, SAP and other) the information needed for resolving inquiry or complaint.
