Job summary

Amadeus Polska Sp. z.o.o. is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Travel & Expenses Team in Warsaw.

You will help review travel and expense reports, post transactions in SAP, and support month‑end close with accuracy and compliance. You should have a degree in accounting or finance, basic SAP experience, and solid English skills. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to learn and grow within a truly global travel technology company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance (students in progress welcome).
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA) or other ERP is a plus.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Review travel and non-travel expense reports in Cytric to ensure alignment with policies and standards.
• Record and post travel-related transactions in SAP and related systems.
• Support adherence to local and regional financial and regulatory requirements through timely assessments.
• Create and manage payment proposals using SAP based on the corporate calendar.
• Verify and post SAP transactions related to business travel activities.
