Amadeus is seeking a Junior Accountant to join the Travel & Expenses Team in a role that covers reviewing expense reports, posting transactions in SAP, and supporting month-end closing. The position welcomes students in progress and requires good English, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn travel-related processes.

You will collaborate with Finance and Group Travel Management, handling Cytric reports, payment proposals, and inquiries via ServiceNow in a global, hybrid environment.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance (students in progress welcome).
• Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) or other enterprise resource systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication skills.
• Interest in learning about financial and travel-related processes.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assess travel and non-travel expense reports in Cytric, ensuring they align with travel and expense policies and EMEA accounting standards.
• Record and post travel-related transactions, including items not processed through the travel management system, maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Support adherence to local and regional financial and regulatory requirements through timely assessments.
• Create and manage payment proposals using SAP based on the corporate payment calendar.
• Verify and post transactions in SAP related to business travel activities.
• Support account reconciliation and month-end closing tasks.
• Provide first-line assistance in ServiceNow for travelers’ inquiries related to reports, systems, or policy questions.
• Participate in testing improvements for travel management tools and help address inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members in Finance and the Group Travel Management Team to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
