Job summary

Amadeus Warszawa is seeking a Junior Accountant to join the Travel & Expenses Team. You will review and assess travel and non-travel expense reports in Cytric, ensuring alignment with policies and local standards, and record related transactions in SAP.

You will support month-end closing, assist with payment proposals, and provide first-line help via ServiceNow for traveler inquiries, collaborating with Finance and Group Travel Management teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance (students in progress welcome).
• Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess travel and non-travel expense reports in Cytric, ensuring alignment with policies and EMEA standards.
• Record and post travel-related transactions in SAP, including items not processed through the travel management system.
• Help ensure compliance with local and regulatory requirements through timely assessments.
