METRO Global Solution Center Szczecin in Szczecin, Poland, is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. You will perform basic accounting tasks, support colleagues, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment within an international setup.

Relocation support and extensive training are provided, along with language learning opportunities, SAP exposure, and a hybrid work model to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Secondary education (accounting/economics technician) or higher education.
• Good knowledge of English (min. B1).
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Self-discipline and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience related to accounting such as an internship (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic tasks within a given accounting area.
• Ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of work.
• Work with an international internal client.
• Commit to a rapid learning and adaptation process.
• Support other team members in daily tasks.
