Job summary

KMD Poland is seeking a junior accounting professional in Warsaw to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Business Expenses, as well as month-end closing. You will collaborate with colleagues in Denmark in an international environment.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 1–2 years in accounting preferred, strong Excel skills, and English (B2) plus Polish native proficiency. The role is hybrid in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of VAT and CIT regulations.
• Very good Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Proactive approach to tasks and problem solving.
• Good communication and collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, travel expenses, and bank statements.
• Support payment execution and invoicing activities.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Gain hands-on experience across accounting and finance processes.
• Contribute to improving workflows and delivering high-quality services.
