Job summary

Tate & Lyle is recruiting a Junior Travel & Expense Accountant in Łódź. The role supports accurate processing of employee travel and expense transactions, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursements. You will contribute to month-end closings and drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting degree, international exposure, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English and SAP knowledge are preferred. Hybrid work and a global rewards package are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance and Accounting, Economics or related field.
• PtP/T&E experience in an international organization is preferred.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain travel and expense systems with data accuracy and timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
• Review expense reports for accuracy and supporting documents.
• Process employee travel and expense claims per policy.
• Reimburse expenses on time and resolve payment issues.
• Support month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
