Job summary

Hager Polska is seeking a HR Lifecycle Specialist for our HR Shared Services Center in Tychy on a permanent contract. You will support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with global teams.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, an onboarding program via Hi University, and opportunities for internal career growth. You will contribute to data quality, reporting, and high-quality employee service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration, preferably in an HR Shared Services environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Experience in an international or multinational environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Administration: prepare and process employment contracts and related documents, maintain data in HR systems, support onboarding/offboarding.
• Employee File Management: maintain files, ensure retention and archiving, support audits and GDPR compliance.
• HR Service Delivery: respond to queries, process service requests, support self-service, assist payroll-related activities.
• Reporting and Data Quality: perform data checks, prepare standard/ad hoc reports, monitor KPIs and service levels, seek process improvements.
