Qualifications

• English level at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from HR systems.
• Monitor HR operational metrics and identify trends.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting quality across HR processes.
• Create reporting templates, trackers, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with international HR and business stakeholders.
