Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Sales Administration professional in Poland to support order processing, customer inquiries and documentation across international customers.

You will enter orders into Infor LN, prepare quotes from price lists, create invoices, and maintain master data while coordinating with the Gdansk operations team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate data in ERP systems. Strong English and German, CRM/ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• Experience in sales administration or customer service.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• ERP experience required; CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operation Team in Gdansk to confirm delivery dates to the customers and solve any issues related with sales orders.
• Information/conversation with customers in all order related matters.
• Timely provision of any documents and data in customer related cases.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries – distribute and resolve when possible.
• Informing customers of any change in delivery.
• Processing of orders in customer portals.
• Entry of orders into the ERP program Infor LN; creation and dispatch of order confirmations.
• Tracking of the order progress.
• Customer master data maintenance in Infor LN.
• Preparation of quotes with information provided by sales representative or based on customer price list.
• Creation of invoices and credit notes.
