Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Junior HR Support Specialist with German language skills to join our international HR Service Center in a hybrid role.

You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely HR information and handling data in HRIS systems such as SAP HR, Workday and SuccessFactors. Strong communication, confidentiality and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) required.
• Strong communication, organization and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
• Provide information on HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave and onboarding.
• Process and maintain employee data in HRIS (SAP HR, Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Escalate complex cases to Second Line HR when needed.
• Support process improvements and HR reporting.
