Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced HRO Subject Matter Expert (SME) with German language skills to join our international HR Service Center. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering high-quality HR support in line with company policies.

You will handle onboarding, ticket prioritization, KPI tracking, and HR reporting. Fluency in German and strong English are required, along with experience in HR systems and confidentiality in handling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
5–6 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR support roles.
Experience providing first line or customer support in a corporate environment.
Experience with HR systems: Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Handles team, assigns tasks, represents teams in customer calls, acts as backup TL.
Acts as first point of contact for team questions and onboarding of new joiners.
Assign and prioritize incoming HR queries; monitor queues; balance workload; conduct quality checks.
Track KPIs; prepare daily/weekly performance reports; identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements; ensure SLAs.
Ensure proper documentation of HR cases in systems; maintain process guidelines and knowledge base.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.
Support HR reporting and documentation as needed.
