Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, managers, and external partners.
• Provide accurate information on HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave management, and onboarding.
• Process and maintain employee data in HRIS systems (SAP HR, Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Ensure records are accurate, complete, and GDPR-compliant.
• Escalate complex cases to Second Line HR or specialized teams when needed.
• Participate in process improvement to optimize HR service delivery.
• Support HR reporting and documentation as needed.
