Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced HRO Team Coordinator with German language skills to join our international HR Service Center. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering high-quality HR support in line with company policies.

The role requires strong communication, detail-orientation, and the ability to handle multiple HR-related queries in German and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–6 years in HR operations or shared services.
• Experience providing first-line or customer support.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• German language proficiency at C1.

Responsibilities

• Handle team, assign tasks, represent teams in customer calls.
• Assist onboarding of new joiners.
• Manage team schedules, shifts, coverage, timesheets, absences and holidays.
• Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports; identify bottlenecks.
• Document HR cases; maintain process guidelines and knowledge base.
• Participate in audits and compliance checks; support automation initiatives.
• Support HR reporting and documentation as needed.
