Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior HR Support Specialist with German language skills to join our international HR Service Center in a hybrid setup in Wrocław. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering high-quality HR support in line with policies and GDPR requirements.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow). English proficiency is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR operations/shared services or HR support experience.
• Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees, managers, and external partners.
• Provide accurate information on HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave management, and onboarding.
• Process and maintain employee data in the HRIS system (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
• Ensure records are accurate and GDPR compliant.
• Escalate complex cases to Second Line HR or specialized teams as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
• Support HR reporting and documentation as needed.
