Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Associate in Poland to deliver top-class customer care for Sales & Support. You will manage end-to-end orders, use Salesforce and SAP, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-changing, AI-driven environment.

The role requires German language proficiency (Advanced - C1) and a strong background in customer care and process improvement. Hybrid work is offered with standard business hours in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's level qualifications in business, marketing or related fields.
• German language proficiency required (Advanced - C1).
• Experience in customer care, order management and service delivery.
• Certifications in customer service or IT service management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in Customer Service through end-to-end order flow management and problem solving.
• Utilize Salesforce, SAP and customer portals to manage orders and ensure SLA compliance.
• Investigate OTIF issues, take corrective actions and notify customers of issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely order flow.
• Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements.
