Job summary

TransferGo Ltd is seeking a CRM Manager to lead CRM strategy, campaigns and automation across channels. You will collaborate with data, product and engineering teams to optimise customer journeys and drive reactivation and retention. You will own KPI reporting and push for 1:1 personalization across campaigns.

You’ll report to the Head of CRM, with hybrid working in Kraków. The role requires hands-on Braze experience and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C CRM and B2C email marketing.
• Hands-on Braze experience for at least 1 year.
• Organisational, detail-oriented and able to manage several campaigns.
• Proactive, self-starter and able to build relationships with peers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CRM strategy based on customer lifetime moments and product journeys.
• Deploy segmented campaigns across channels to excite customers and strengthen the TransferGo brand.
• Build, manage and improve automated workflows and the customer journey.
• Collaborate with data, product, engineering and marketing to use up-to-date segmentation and models.
• Work with Product to improve UX and reactivation rates.
• Analyze and report on campaigns to support customer reactivation.
• Segment and manage the CRM database continuously.
• Define and report KPIs for engagement programs to various audiences.
• Drive new lifecycle strategies to improve retention and 1:1 personalization.
• Become the in-house Braze expert and evaluate future CRM investments.
• Identify trends in CRM and best practices.
