Job summary

OLX is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to join our CRM Marketing team. You will design data-driven lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-product messages to grow engagement and retention for our marketplace.

Based in Poznań or Warsaw, this hybrid role requires hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Braze, strong English, and the ability to collaborate with product teams across multiple markets to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in marketing with hands-on CRM, lifecycle, engagement or retention experience.
• Experience in classifieds, e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Build and run automated journeys in a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Data-driven: design tests, read results and explain business impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CRM messages and campaigns across email, push and in-product.
• Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers and buyers.
• Grow the addressable base and ensure data quality with the CRM function head.
• Design, run and read tests, explain impact and scale solutions across markets.
• Set weekly priorities with Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results.
• Propose motions for reusable CRM library and shape new CRM channels.
