TransferGo is building a data-driven Growth team focused on CRM, with a key role for a CRM Manager who will define and execute our CRM strategy across customer journeys. You’ll deploy segmented campaigns via email, push, and in-app messages, and own automated workflows in Braze while collaborating with data, product and engineering to keep segmentation models current.

You’ll report to the Head of CRM and help drive personalized experiences that boost activation, retention and reactivation across

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C CRM and B2C email marketing.
• Hands-on experience using Braze for at least 1 year and campaigns via email, push, and in-app messages.
• Project Management: highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the CRM strategy based on understanding of customers and their journeys.
• Deploy segmented campaigns across channels to excite customers and promote the TransferGo brand.
• Build, manage and optimize automated workflows in Braze and align with product/engineering teams.
• Collaborate with data, product and marketing to ensure up-to-date segmentation and models are used.
• Monitor KPI for engagement programmes and report performance to stakeholders.
• Drive new CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle to improve retention and reactivation.
