Job summary

TransferGo Ltd is hiring a CRM Manager to shape our customer communications across lifecycle stages. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, build automated workflows, and work with data, product, and marketing teams to ensure accurate segmentation and effective reactivation strategies.

Ideally you have B2C CRM experience, hands-on Braze expertise, and strong project management. The role offers a hybrid working environment with a focus on growth and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C CRM and B2C email marketing.
• Hands-on Braze for at least 1 year; campaigns via email, push, in-app.
• Strong project management, detail-oriented, able to handle multi campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRM strategy across customer lifecycles.
• Deploy segmented campaigns across channels and uphold brand standards.
• Build and optimize automated workflows in the CRM platform.
• Collaborate with data, product and engineering to ensure up-to-date segmentation and models.
• Work with Product to improve user experience and reactivation rates.
• Analyse campaigns and report on outcomes to drive reactivation.
• Manage database segmentation and KPI reporting for engagement programmes.
• Drive 1:1 personalization across campaigns and identify trends.
• Become expert in Braze and future CRM solutions.
