Swarovski's Global Business Services in Poland is seeking a Junior Client Service Specialist to support corporate gifts partners and ensure a smooth service experience. You will learn SAP, handle orders, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience with SAP or MS Excel is a significant advantage.
• A calm and friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate procedures and solutions to partners.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-level support for corporate gifts partners.
• Managing orders in SAP (input/approval, backorders, invoicing, credit/debit notes, EDI processing), tracking deliveries for Partner Accounts.
• Assisting clients with after-sales requests, including missing stock, lost parcels, and warranties.
• Adopting a service- and solution-oriented approach, collaborating with other departments to address client needs.
• Contributing to process optimization, managing returns, and ensuring accurate daily data input across systems.
