Job summary

Swarovski in Poland is seeking a Junior B2C Client Service Specialist to ensure an outstanding customer experience and seamless handling of customer inquiries. You will support our Retail Stores across Central Europe, Turkey and Greece with system queries, orders, invoicing, stock movements and promotional activities.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards and drive smooth operation of daily processes while expanding your SAP know-how.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Working experience in SAP is a plus.
• Experience in Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Client Service or Supply Chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for administrative queries from Retail Stores across Central Europe, Turkey, and Greece (e.g., EPOS, FIORI, stock movements, returns, invoices).
• Manage orders in SAP, including entry and backorder processing for samples and promotional materials.
• Perform invoicing activities, audits and operational controls.
• Support stock adjustments, transfers, write-offs and other inventory tasks.
• Guide Retail Stores on systems, processes and operational activities.
• Coordinate product deliveries, returns and transfers.
• Support setup and maintenance of promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc operational reports.
