Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist (multilingual) for a fixed-term contract in Gdansk, Poland. The role involves delivering high-quality service via email, phone or chat and nurturing relationships while resolving queries. Remote work from Poland is possible within a hybrid setup.

You will work in a diverse, international team, gaining experience in a global business services environment and supporting ecommerce initiatives. The contract runs Oct 14, 2026 to Feb 28, 2027.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and one EU language at least B2 level.
• Fast learner with a strong customer service focus.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills.
• Strong cultural awareness.
• Experience with SAP and/or Service Management Tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Understanding of local cultures of supported countries is advantageous.
• Virtual, multinational work experience and knowledge of eCommerce are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service by email, phone or chat.
• Nurture customer relationships by understanding needs and resolving queries.
• Prepare to support inquiries by studying products, policies and processes.
• Suggest improvements to processes and services still to be implemented.
• Follow up with customers on issue resolution status.
• Maintain sensitive information in compliance with local and regional law (GDPR).
