Swarovski's Global Business Services arm in Poland is seeking a Global Process Manager – Customer & Client Services to drive process excellence across B2C and B2B channels. You will collaborate with IT, Digital, and global stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor end-to-end processes that deliver measurable benefits.

You'll lead lean improvements, define data requirements, and manage projects from concept to go-live, adoption, and value realization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Process Excellence or related roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience leading process improvement from analysis to adoption.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Customer/Client Service processes.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, ESSA or equivalent; certification is an advantage.

• Lead process improvement and digitalization initiatives in GBS.
• Define requirements and ensure integration with IT and service management.
• Manage initiatives from assessment to go-live and benefit tracking.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to drive decisions.
